Satisfied once again

Life long customer
I, the previously proud owner of a 2019 Chevy Silverado, recently had the pleasure of working with Rafael to lease something newer and more reliable. After visiting three separate dealerships, I was left disappointed and exhausted. Not only did I spend a minimum of 4 - 6 hours at each dealership, but I was given lowball offers, had to fight for what they called ‘a fair deal’ to only be smacked down with pop up fees and expenses. Each salesman was more deceitful than the last. Even Chevy gave me a terrible deal to buy back their own product. Rafael, not only gave me a great price for my six year old truck, but he also gave me a very good deal on a brand new car. He was patient and answered all of my questions. Rafael took care of everything; he called the insurance companies for me, the banking, the new car was delivered to my house the same day and my truck was taken for me. I have never experienced such a smooth transaction experience in this line of business. There was no waiting around, I did not feel rushed or pressured. I am now an extremely happy owner of a brand new Nissan Altima. I strongly recommend using Rafael for all future car endeavors. Do not waste your time anywhere else. He will save you time, money, and stress.

We have worked with Rafael in the past and there was no doubt about going any where else. Rafael is such an amazing person to work with. He helped us with our cx50. The process started at around 10 and had the car delivered by 3ish. You would have to waste an entire day at the dealership and maybe get an agreement. Best part..all was done via text and zero headaches!!!!. He even took care of the insurance stuff. I would recommend him to everyone who is looking to have a hassle free experience getting a car. First time buying a car over the phone essentially. Rafael was super helpful, educated and understanding. Sunday: Me: Raf I wanna get out of this lease but want something nice and affordable. Raf: Say less. These are the options. You know the drill, fill out the app. Tuesday: Car is available (after having to hunt one down at a price I can afford). Wednesday: car was dropped off by an amazing, friendly driver. This is my 3rd lease with Rafael. This year alone, Rafael has helped 3 other family members get into their dream car and even helped them save on insurance. Hands down, Auto Find Leasing is exceptional. They offer door to door service, doing all the leg work for you. I am truly satisfied with my car and the price. Very easy very happy
Great experience start to finish. All paperwork and pricing was done electronically and over the phone eliminating the need to sit in a dealership for hours. They found me the exact car and color I wanted for a great price, and the vehicle was delivered to my house two days later. The gentleman who delivered the car was wonderful, went over everything with me and made sure I was comfortable with the car before leaving. He swapped the plates from my old car and returned it to the dealer. Will definitely use again for our next lease

Won't ever shop at dealership again
After working with Rafael and his team I dont think I will ever go through a dealership again. Rafael was engaged in helping us find the right car for our needs the entire time. He recommended different vehicles within our price range for us to test drive. Once we found the car we wanted he negotiated directly with the dealership. The new car was dropped off at our house and the old lease was taken away. 10/10 service. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!

We had the best experience using Auto Find Leasing. My husband and I tried to go to dealerships ourselves and boy oh boy it was a terrible experience. Truly Amazing Service!

I honestly don’t know if Google has enough characters to accurately express the amazing experience we just had with Rafael and his team!! I am absolutely blown away by how easy this entire process was! If you’ve ever leased or purchased a car and have experienced the soul crushing anxiety and hot flashes that walking into a dealership can bring, I promise you will not find that here. This was completely seamless, so simple, and it almost doesn’t feel real. I don’t know what kind of magical pixie dust he’s got going on behind the scenes, but to go from speaking on the phone Wednesday evening, to having my brand new car delivered on Saturday morning (a holiday weekend, no less!!) is truly incredible and I am in awe of the supreme level of customer service that was given to my family and I. I can’t even believe I am about to say I can’t wait until we need a new car again so we can go through this awesome experience again! Thank you, Rafael!

Great experience
Unfortunately, my car was stolen and I didn’t have time to visit dealerships and deal with the back and forth typically involved in the car-buying process. Great leasing experience
This was my first leasing experience and Rafael made it so quick and simple. He bought my Jeep from me that I owned, sent me options of new cars that fit the criteria I had and within my budget, handled all the paperwork and guided me through any questions I had! Raphael and his team at Auto Find leasing our a shining star in the car sales industry, they were refer to us by our insurance agent and we cannot think our agent enough for this referral, buy a shop contrast to auto dealers who make it a point to be evasive and dishonest so many times Raphael who I actually never met in person instilled confidence in us from a very first conversation over the phone, he asked us what vehicles we were interested in gave us some information in once we narrowed it down gave us a lease payment in writing the way we want to delete structured and went on to do a comprehensive search for the vehicle that we wanted, everything he promised he delivered every number he gave us was honored and the car we wanted was delivered to our driveway without us having to set foot at a dealership other than to look at some colors up close, his delivery driver Miles was a pleasure as well he showed up at our driveway with a beautiful shiny clean car after he verified all the equipment that we were promised was either on the car or installed before he picked it up in a pawn arrival proceeded to give us a comprehensive presentation and walk around on our new beautiful vehicle, Thank you Raphael ,Miles and the team for making this experience such a delightful one. Our only regret is that we did not find you earlier for our previous leases which proved to be anything but a fun experiences It depends of many less than honest car dealers. Thank you for being the diamond in the rough and for such a wonderful service. If Google offered seven or eight or 10 stars I would have given you those for sure.

Professionalism at its finest
What can I say… Rafal is nothing short of amazing. He worked with me months prior to me even being ready to buy a car. This is a man of true patience and hustle. What can I say? 2 cars within 6 days, from Auto Find Leasing and the team. I have been working with Rafael for years and he always finds the best deals. No dealer around can beat what he can get you. Never going back to dealer
I had a great experience with Rafael, he was straight to the point and efficient with my lease. From the moment I asked him to give me me an estimate to the day I had the keys in my hand, it only took two days. Leasing a new car was always something I dreaded. Spending an entire day, wasting my life at a dealership. What started off as exciting ended up a being nightmare. Not anymore! Best Service Ever!
Although I got my brand new ride almost a year ago (wanted to share my experience after some time has passed), working with the team at AutoFind last year was amazing. They got me the same ride (SUV) as the dealer but more quickly and at a better monthly rate (with a lower down payment too), with door to door service. I do see one of the owners quite often and have asked him how to change the clock, where the best place is to go for an oil change, and other silly questions, that have been met with only the most helpful info! I will def use them again when I'm ready for a new SUV (yes, I'm hooked on having a larger vehicle now).

Amazing service and honesty
Rafael was referred to me by a friend. Even though I had quotes from other brokers and dealerships already, I decided to make the call just to be sure, and I am SO glad I did. He didn't just throw numbers at me with no explanation. He went through the reasons for each number I was hearing and educated me about the auto market. It's honestly the best experience I've had with any auto leasing professional ever. Rafael's associate Marvin delivered the vehicle to my home and was so professional. The time from the first phone call to driving our new car was about 48 hours. I also want to mention Rafael's calm and friendly demeanor. He never rushed or pressured me. He respected my timeline and always texted before calling. Whenever I called, no matter how small or frequent the questions were, he always took time to answer them with a great attitude and knowledge. I will definitely be using Rafael again in the future.

Amazing experience
I recently moved from California and was in desperate need of a car, I tried shopping at the local dealerships and they were clearly trying to take advantage of me. As a last ditch effort I reached out to Rafael (whom was high recommended) and I was blown away by the experience. It was almost too good to be true since it was so easy, I told him my budget and what I needed and he was able to find a vehicle that fit both my criterias but also blew away dealerships pricing. I filled out an application and within hours he had an approval, called my insurance and set up a delivery day for me. On day of delivery he communicated with me in regards to when the vehicle will be picked up and delivered to my home, he showed up 15 minutes early and patiently waited for me to finish my work day. Throughout the whole process he was patient and responsive to all my questions, I can not say enough good things about his service and will continue to recommend him to my family and friends as well.
